A reputable company is seeking to fill the following position:

Title: Customer Services Manager

Location: Mohandseen

Graduation: B.Sc. Holder

Experience: From 1 to 3 years in same position: Prefer same field or building material field, cement or furniture.

Job Description:
· Customer service managers ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied. Their aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization they work for.
· helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization;
· finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services;
· managing a team of customer services staff;
· Handling face-to-face enquirers from customers.

Salary: Negotiable
